
Solve the sales with packaging
The new product is tasty but it did not attract customers. We used the packaging to fix the problem. After analyzing we found that the old food container was unattractive and consumers had no idea what it was and how to eat. We changed its name and put it in one portion ice cream cup, instead of uncommunicating pouch and carton box. Consumers easily understood the product on conspicuous design with less product damage. The sales volume are risen in Thailand and abroad.
